The brain drain/gain is good for me because it allows people who don't have possibilities in their country, to do the studies they need and then be able to the jobs they wanted with their intellectual capacities to do it in more developed countries like the USA, so that they want like einstein or schwaezenegger. We can see that the brain drain/gain is effective, because the people who do it have achievement. These people left their country and started from scratch to make their dreams come true. They leave their country, very often underdeveloped like India, Russia etc ... To go to more developed countries like the United State

These developing countries offer people great prestigious universities like Havard or Berkley, which has 81% of its students coming from India. But the brain drain / gain still has some flaws since the countries from which "the brains" start develop less than the others, these countries should therefore be able to meet the needs of their populations, so that all countries are "equal".

In this chapter we talked about brain drain, brain gain and famous people. The concept of the brain drain is to attract the intellectuals of other countries like the USA and the brain gain is the country where people who migrate leave like India. At a University of California, 690,000 foreign students have joined the university from the less developed countries. Students are attracted to the USA because it offers a lot of opportunities and the education is highly qualified. Skilled workers come from China, India, Russia, a few OECD countries and sub-Saharan Africa. Famous people have taken advantage of the brain drain like Arnold Schwartzenneger, Steve Jobs, Albert Einschtein and many others ... So the Brain Drain is good for the most developed countries but it is very problematic because the countries which disturb their geniuses continues to not move forward because the intelligent and richer people leave for a better life in a highly developed country which blocks the less developed countries with their poorer and less intelligent populations, it creates an imbalance.

In this chapter we talked about brain drain. We are talking about brain drain when talented and skilled people emigrate from there home country to an other that is more developed like the US. Most of the immigrant emigrate the US to find a job or study in more prestigious universities because there are not any good universities in their home country. The problem of this phenomenon is huge for less developed countries because they are loosing all of their skilled people so the countries can not develop himself. We saw many exemple in classe of skilled people from different countries around the world that immigrated to the US. Such as Arnold Schwarzenegger that immigrated from his home country to start an actor carrier in the US in 1983. Immigrants are coming from less developed countries like Russia, China or India... In conclusion brain drain can be positive for the most developed countries because they can continue the development of the country but it is very negative for the less developed countries that are loosing all of their skilled people. To counter this, less developed countries can create new Universities that can give more opportunities to the young and skilled students. To my mind there is no need to emigrate to the US because there are a lots of good universities and high school in neighbouring countries and because the US isn’t really the perfect country...

in this chapter we talked about the brain drain . some people left their country to immigrate to the US to escape the war but still some people have immigrated to the us for other reasons . Now the US attracts graduated people .Many skielled foreigners leave their country to emigrate to the United States for more opportunities like Einstein .A majority of students comes from India ( 105 000 ) or China ( 128 000 ), and they go in American universities like

Harvard or Berkley to have an good american education. But after their studies

81% of indian and 92% of chinese stay in the us , just a little return to home .so

the developping countries where they come from, are impoverished, and

knowledge, innovations and wealth are concentrated in US.in my opinion , it's not

a good things ... their native country will not be able to develop and therfore

gives the united stats the opportunity to become even more attractive .i think

these countries should allow these competent people a considerable choice of

work and that they should create universities capable of providing similar

education to American universities . This probably will prevent the United states

from attracting impotant people like magnets.

In this chapter we talked about famous people who migrated to the USA to become famous, for example, Melania Trump imigrated from Solvenia and today she's the first lady and before she was a model. The brain drain is of higly skilled people who leave their country to go to another country to obtain more opportunities. It is a concept where foreign students seek opportunities to help science, engineering and developement and especially to study. Brain drain is to lure people so the country that houses the immigrants reaps the benefits of that. Many skilled workers come from India, Russia, China and some OECD countries. Otherwise, in the USA, there are more than 690 000 foreign students and most of them are from India with 105 000 students and China with 128 000 students. Most of them come to America to change their life, to have a good job or to go to a big school like Berkeley and Harvard. Many of them are strong in math, engineering and computer science. The majority of talented immigrants stay in America and others return to their countries, to stop Brain Drain it's importante to develop international networks, create more opporftunities at home. If all the "brains" remain in the United States, the struggling countries will have an even harder time developing, so I think that's damage.
